Foreword#

This is my personal blog for the ULB course “How To Make (almost) Any Experiments Using Digital Fabrication” of the year 2024-2025.

About me#

Hello, my name is Noah Debus and I am 20 years old. I am in my 3rd year of a bachelor’s degree at ULB in computer science.

I chose this option because it is very different from my usual courses. It is more manual and allows me to learn a lot of new things.

My background#

I was born and I grew up in Belgium, I spent most of my schooling in the Mons region but I still decided to do my bachelor’s degree in Brussels for the new experience and the strong reputation of the ULB.

I have always been passionate about technology, especially coding and problem solving, which led me to study Computer Science. Outside of academics, I enjoy gaming and exploring new tech innovations.

Previous work#

Most of the projects I did were part of my studies. Especially algorithm projects, which are often not very interesting to present or difficult to explain.

Video Game#

Here are some video games I’ve made that have reached their final stage.

Copy of the Pac-Man game made in Python. Copy of the Tetris game made in Python.
Copy of the Frogger game made in C++. Battleship made in group in C++ (Code available on GitHub).
